Restocking of necessary items is always a must. Our staff will provide these services, if that is something you include with the accommodations. We can restock soap, coffee, toilet paper, welcome gifts, candy, condiments or whatever else you find fit to offer complimentary to your guests. We take special care to adhere to your instructions.
We will inspect the premises!
Inspection of the premises is what our staff is trained to do specifically while servicing short term rentals. We are trained to look for damages, leaks, tears and scratches when entering the accommodations that need to be serviced. Our staff will take pictures and report immediately if they encounter anything out of the ordinary, or if they find any damages that your previous clients may have left.
We are precise!
Precision is providing a 5 star service, which lies in paying specific attention to detail. Therefore, we take special care in restocking items, folding laundry, making beds, hanging towels and putting items in places where they belong. Our staff will make sure everything is in order and your clients don’t run out of toilet paper or paper towels,. All of these things may impact the quality of their experience.
