What We Use
Equipment and product we use solely depends on the client. If they have a preferred method of cleaning, such as all Green Cleaning, they are welcome to request it. We can come prepared with all Green Cleaning products. If the client has cleaning products and equipment on site, we are happy to use their products and equipment. However, we come prepared to every job with our equipment and products. Out equipment includes vacuum (and in cases it’s needed, commercial vacuums), mops, buckets, brooms, sponges, paper towels, dusters, garbage bags, brushes and rags. As per product, as a rule, we use the most efficient products available on the market. They include but are not limited to Easy-Off (for your ovens), All-purpose cleaners, floor cleaners, countertop cleaners, glass cleaners (such as Windex), Toilet cleaners, stainless steel appliance cleaners, etc. If you require staff to use your own supplies, please mention if during your booking process.

Costs that Master Maid charges for your cleaning needs vary across the board. Our base rate is $50/hr per staff member with a 3 hour minimum. We always estimate the time required for cleaning needs based on the scope of work and the amount of cleaning space. A small condo or a small office will cost anywhere between $149 – $169. Larger spaces, depending on the scope of cleaning, will require more time to clean, thus the job will be more costly. How We Work
Our staff is always experienced and highly trained. They are punctual, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. Similarly with our front desk staff, our accountants and drivers. They will always treat you with respect and courtesy. Rest assured, if you need to disclose any door codes, garage codes, lockbox codes or alarm codes, we will keep them confidential. If you require a job that needs 4 hours or more, we are able to send more than 1 cleaning staff member, which will cut the amount of time in two or three. Note, the cost of the job doesn’t change when there is more than 1 cleaning staff. You will still be charged $40/hr per cleaning staff member.
