Our Availability

With our busy schedules, we don’t always know what can come up. Sometimes it’s hard to plan ahead. You can be having a last minute get together and need your place cleaned prior to your guests arriving. Or you may simply run out of time to clean your home. We are always available for last minute calls and bookings. In order to save you time on your cleaning needs we can often send 2 or 3 staff to cut the amount of time needed for cleaning of your premises. However, it is important to note that while we take last minute reservations, we need a 24 hour cancellation. Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply. Similarly, we are available to clean your commercial or office space on evenings or weekends, outside of regular office or business hours.

Our Costs

As a rule, we charge $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning job. Thus, a small office or small apartment/condo space will cost you $149.00 to clean. Commonly, we estimate the amount of time needed for a cleaning job based on the square footage or your home or your commercial space. However, it is important to note that the scope of work varies and can depend on whether you have pets, whether you need your laundry done, how dirty the place may be, and other factors. If we provide regular cleaning services, such as weekly or bi-weekly, we will know exactly how much time it takes to clean your premises. If you are a new customer, we will quote depending on the amount of space you need cleaned and the scope of work. For example, deep cleaning (which will include things like window cleaning, inside appliance cleaning, etc.), will require more time for the same amount of space than regular cleaning. Thus, always be prepared to have a more precise estimate when our workers get on site.
