Maria had worked in cleaning business for over 15 years. After immigrating from Ukraine she started working as a cleaner. In 2011 she started Master Maid – her own business. She manages day to day operations, hiring, training and supervising cleaning staff as well as overseeing day to day operations.

Stan

Co-Founder

Stan had been with Master Maid from 2011 Nd is responsible for marketing and communications. He manages Master Maid’s online presence: Website, Google listings, Facebook etc.

Alex

Customer Service representative

Alexis Nirza or Alex, is a Customer Service Representative in MasterMaid. She is mainly responsible for assisting customer’s inquiries over the phone and also manages booking requests. Alex has been in the customer service industry for the past 7 years which makes her a good fit for the role. Customer Service Manager

Earned a degree in Mass Communication at the University of the Philippines and was previously part of a US-based self-publishing company as the manager of operations before joining Master Maid. He has been overseeing customer relations and the day to day administrative operations of the company as the head of Customer Service Team since 2018.

Master Maid did a fabulous job with my move-out cleaning and charged a very reasonable price. They left my unit sparkling clean, so much so that our landlord had asked for Master Maid’s contact details. They were able to bring all of their own supplies and were very responsive when we had to change access instructions last minute.
