Our average cleaning costs are $40/per hour with a 3 hour minimum. We usually estimate the cost for a cleaning service based on the scope of work required and the square footage of the premises. Thus, small apartment, condo or small office of up to 800 square feet will cost $120 and up. Extra fees that may apply for cleaning basement areas, cleaning homes with pets, extra services such as laundry, etc. If you have a larger space that requires 4+ hours of cleaning, we are able to send two or more cleaning staff to the job site to reduce the amount of time needed for a cleaning job.
