Such areas as basements, decks or porches are usually not included in the cleaning checklist. However, we are more than happy to take on extra tasks. We always make sure to lock up after ourselves and leave the premises alarmed in cases where alarm needs to be turned on. We are flexible in providing our services, and often provide services with a last minute notice, such as same day services. However, our cancellation protocol requires a 24hr notice for a cancellation, otherwise fees may apply.

Once on site, the staff may require less or more time, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. Our minimum time for a job is 3 hours.Discounts may apply to our regular customers. In order to demonstrate our loyalty, we provide 10% to 15% discount to our regular clients, depending on the frequency of our services. Our Products

The products we bring to a job site often depends on the client and the scope of work. We are able to meet the client’s needs in case they require their space to be cleaned with all natural and green non-toxic product. However, the products that we regularly bring to facilities we clean are regular house cleaning products. They include but are not limited to Mr. Clean All-Purpose Cleaner, Vim, Windex, and Easy-Off. The brands of products may vary, depending on the product. However, we bring counter cleaners, oven cleaners, window and glass cleaners, tub and shower cleaners, floor cleaners, toilet cleaners, all purpose cleaning wipes and sanitization products, which are often alcohol based. In cases where the client requests to whiten or bleach surfaces, we bring bleach (although, in most cases, we try to avoid this potentially harmful product).
