Costs of Residential Cleaning Services in Etobicoke

If you have a large home or if you require extensive cleaning, such as post-construction, we are able to send 2 or more staff members to the job site to get the job done faster. Cost of Commercial Cleaning Service in Etobicoke

Similar to residential cleaning, we charge $40.00 per hour for a commercial cleaning service, with a 3 hour minimum. Total area of 700 square feet and under will generally cost $120.00. 700 square feet to 1000 will cost about $140.00. For anything above that, please contact us to get your estimate. We asses the cost depending on the scope of work that needs to be done, and the square footage that needs to be serviced. Our estimates for commercial cleaning services are usually accurate.

What We Use

Our staff usually comes prepared with our own cleaning supplies and cleaning products. We bring our own vacuum (if the client doesn’t have one handy), buckets, mops, brooms, cloths, rags, brushes, sponges and paper towels. The products we bring can also be customizable as per client’s requests. While we are able to bring all green supplies, we commonly use products such as Mr. Clean, all purpose cleaners, floor cleaners, Stainless Steel appliance cleaners, Easy-Off, VIM, SOS, Glass Cleaners, toilet cleaners, counter cleaners, and bleach as necessary.
